Meet your Officer Trustees! Officer Trustees are Imperial students that take a year out of their studies (or take on the role post-graduation) to represent students' voices in rooms where decisions are made regarding your Imperial experience.  The team works to foster a positive community, lobbying on the issues that matter most to you! Here is a summary of this year's OTs main goals: Felix will be checking in throughout the year on their progress to keep them accountable!  Daniel Zhuo - Union President  • Improve practical support for students, from exam-period support and free breakfasts and more study spaces  • Increase access to flexible, paid opportunities for students, while developing and launching Impowered  • Better access to Career services and work shadowing opportunities by connecting Imperial students to its alumni community  Sky Wang - Deputy President (Activities) • Cleaner and fairer funding, increasing awareness of financial aid opportunities available to students  • Improve storage access and activity spaces  • Support collaboration between CSPs  Jacob Eyre - Deputy President (Education) • Increase postgraduate voices by filling postgraduate representative roles in the Union  • More Officer transparency and accountability through drop-ins, regular social media updates, and more  • Embed personal tutoring into the academic promotion criteria to obtain a required minimum provision level  Sarah Azam - Deputy President (Welfare) •   Continue work with local councils and the College to increase student support with cost of living  • Upgrade signposting regarding accessible provisions around Imperial  •  Connect with the wider London network, exploring low-cost community events with ICU events team  Isaac Cowley - President (ICSMSU) •   The Reynolds gym is boiling hot. Let's get some fans or air cooling in there  • ICSM clubs and societies culture review to solve any logistical problems and discuss current club culture  •  Increase financial support for Medical 5th and 6th year students; attempt to fix the NHS Bursary shortfall in funding for these last two years of medical school
