SSI Survey ends on Oct. 16 SSI Survey ends on Oct. 16 Provided to The Clarion October 13, 2026 Madison College students have through Oct. 16 to complete the Student Satisfaction Survey.  Results from the survey will provide valuable input to help with improvement efforts that are important to you.  The Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) is conducted by an outside firm, Ruffalo Noel Levitz. All degree-credit students can take the survey. The survey is taken online and is voluntary.   The SSI measures students’ levels of satisfaction and priorities, indicating how satisfied students are at Madison College as well as those issues most important to them. The college’s results are also benchmarked against other two-year institutions nationwide.  If you are a degree-credit student, you can take the survey online.
