Noah DeVault, Reporter • October 9, 2026 The pizza of the month at the Shocker Sports Grill & Lanes is Buffalo Chicken Mac ‘N Cheese Pizza.  As a Buffalo chicken mac and cheese lover, I had to try it.  The pizza was not what I thought it was going to be. I thought it would be really weird and not be very enjoyable. Instead, it wasn’t really pizza.  There was a pizza crust with mac and cheese piled on top with Buffalo chicken on top of that. They say they mix in bacon but I didn’t see or taste bacon on mine.  The pizza aspect was very much not there, it almost felt like I was eating Buffalo chicken mac and cheese with bread mixed into the dish.  It was good, but it wasn’t anything special. I wouldn’t order it over some of the other options they have, but I would recommend trying it if you like Buffalo chicken mac and cheese.  The mac and cheese was good. They used a white cheese that mixed better with the crust than other types of cheese would.  There wasn’t much chicken on it, but the chicken that was on there was very good.  I think the bacon would make it a lot better if it was actually on my pizza.  I would like to see the Shocker Sports Grill & Lanes add a Buffalo mac and cheese dish on its own because I think it would be very good.   If you go to Shocker Sports Grill and Lanes during the month of October, keep this pizza in mind and don’t be afraid to give it a try.  0 Like This Story Share on Facebook Share on X Share on Reddit Print this Story Leave a Comment About the Contributor Noah DeVault, Multimedia Reporter Noah DeVault is a reporter and photographer for The Sunflower.
