英国Student route签证官审理指引更新（含2026年签证刹车政策）

该指引供移民局工作人员审理希望以学生身份入境或留在英国的申请时使用。

2026年3月26日更新说明：文件内附有上一版本的变化表；变更包括澄清儿童学生监护安排相关指引，并新增关于2026年3月26日生效的签证刹车（visa brake）政策的信息。

A table of changes from the last version of this guidance can be found in the document. Changes include updates to clarify guidance around guardianship arrangements for child students. Information added about the visa brake policy coming into effect on 26 March.

2025年11月11日更新说明：指引已根据2025年11月11日生效的移民规则更新，完整变更清单见文件。

This guidance has been updated in line with Immigration Rules that come into force on 11 November 2025. A full list of the changes is included in the document.

2025年7月16日更新：在“Assessing applications for dependant partners and dependant children”部分新增信息；在“Proof of relationship for dependant partners”部分新增关于对关系要求证据存疑时如何处理的信息。

Added new information in the 'Assessing applications for dependant partners and dependant children' section. Added new information about what to do if you doubt the evidence provided to meet any of the relationship requirements in the 'Proof of relationship for dependant partners' section.

2025年5月29日更新：指引更新，包括根据移民规则变化调整儿童学生保护政策（Child Student safeguarding policies）。

Updates to the guidance, including Child Student safeguarding policies in line with changes to the Immigration Rules.

2025年1月2日更新：反映维持费（maintenance requirements）规则的变化。

Updated to reflect a change in the rules on maintenance requirements.

2024年4月4日更新：依据移民规则ST 31的修订扩充“when the student dependants are permitted”部分；更正研究型课程的SCQF等级表述；并作少量格式调整。

The guidance has been updated as follows: expanded on the 'when the student dependants are permitted' section following amendment to ST 31 of the Immigration Rules; corrected SCQF level wording for research courses; and minor formatting changes.

2023年7月17日更新：CAS信息更新，加入学术课程等级将表明研究生课程为授课型还是研究型；更新或删除对Doctorate Extension Scheme (DES)的引用；更新学生携带家属的资格要求；删除向警察登记的要求。

CAS information updated to include that academic course level will indicate whether postgraduate courses are taught or research. References to the Doctorate Extension Scheme (DES) updated or removed. Updated requirements for eligibility for students to bring dependants. Removed references to the requirement to register with police.

2020年12月1日更新：反映适用的最新资金标准；由于财务要求已移至独立的财务指引，本指引中相关内容被移除；条件部分删除“no work as a postgraduate doctor or dentist”条件的引用；有效性要求信息更新以对应移民规则的结构变化。

The guidance has been updated to reflect the updated financial levels that apply and information on how the financial requirement has been removed from this guidance as it now sits in the standalone financial guidance. Amendments have also been made to the information on the conditions section of the guidance to remove reference to the 'no work as a postgraduate doctor or dentist' condition and the information on validity requirements has been updated to mirror the structural change to the immigration rules.
