英国移民规则下家庭暴力受害者移民特许申请政策更新

该特许给予在英国临时居留许可，并可申请领取福利，前提是因家庭暴力导致关系破裂。

This concession gives you temporary permission to stay in the UK and apply to claim benefits if your relationship broke down because of domestic abuse.

使用该表格需同时满足：在英国持临时签证并以伴侣或子女身份居留；因家庭暴力导致关系破裂；需要领取福利以维持生活。

Use this form if: you are in the UK on a temporary visa as a partner or child your relationship has broken down because of domestic abuse you need access to benefits to support yourself

申请成功后，将获得在英国居留3个月的许可，并可申请领取福利。

If successful, you will get permission to stay in the UK for 3 months. You will be able to apply to claim benefits.

在这3个月内，除非同时持有pre-settled status，否则必须完成以下之一：以家庭暴力或虐待受害者身份申请无限期居留；申请其他类型的居留许可；安排离开英国。

During these 3 months, unless you also have pre-settled status, you must do one of the following: apply for indefinite leave to remain as a victim of domestic violence or abuse apply for another type of permission to stay make arrangements to leave the UK

如果持有pre-settled status并希望以家庭暴力或虐待受害者身份申请无限期居留，应在这3个月内提出申请，以确保保留领取福利的资格。

If you have pre-settled status and you want to apply for indefinite leave to remain as a victim of domestic violence or abuse, you should do so within these 3 months to make sure you keep your access to benefits.
