英国 Child Student visa 居住安排要求

必须拥有合适的英国居住场所，可住在学校（寄宿）、寄养家庭或近亲处、父母或法定监护人身旁，或16或17岁时独立居住。

You must have a suitable place to live in the UK. You can live: at school - this is known as ‘boarding’ with a foster carer or close relative with a parent or legal guardian independently, if you’re 16 or 17 years old

可在学校全日制或非全日制寄宿。

Boarding at school You can board at school full-time or part-time.

非寄宿期间必须有合适住所：可与持 Parent of a Child Student visa 的父母或法定监护人同住、与英国公民或在英定居者同住，或在学校假期离境。

You must have a suitable place to live when you are not boarding. You can: live with your parent or legal guardian, if they have a Parent of a Child Student visa live in the UK with someone who is a British citizen or settled in the UK leave the country in school holidays

若非与父母同住，同住者必须是寄养照护者、近亲或指定监护人；指定监护人最多可连续同住27天。

If you live in the UK with someone who is not your parent, they must be one of the following: a foster carer a close relative a nominated guardian - you can only live with them for up to 27 days in a row

指定监护人须年满18岁，可由父母、法定监护人或学校指定。

A nominated guardian must be at least 18 years old. They can be nominated by your parent, legal guardian or school.

寄养照护者或近亲必须是英国公民或在英定居（拥有 indefinite leave to remain），且不能是申请人的父母。

Living with a foster carer or close relative A foster carer or close relative must be a British citizen or be settled (have ‘indefinite leave to remain’) in the UK. They cannot be your parent.

近亲包括祖父母、兄弟姐妹、继父母、姑姨或叔舅，且须年满18岁。

A close relative can be a: grandparent brother or sister step-parent aunt or uncle They must be at least 18 years old.

与父母或法定监护人同住时，父母或监护人须持 Parent of a Child Student visa；该签证仅在申请人未满12岁，或申请人有未满12岁且同样持 Child Student visa 的兄弟姐妹时可获得。

Living with your parent or legal guardian Your parent or guardian must have a Parent of a Child Student visa. They can only get this visa if either: you’re under 12 years old you have a brother or sister who is under 12 years old and also has a Child Student visa
